We offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Custom-sized drains and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. How do I maintain my shower drain and accessories?

Rinse the drain after using soaps or cleaners, and avoid letting residue dry on the surface. Use only mild, pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaners. Avoid harsh chemicals or acidic products, which can damage even premium finishes like PVD.

We offer the standard 2" outlet size, commonly used in U.S. residential and commercial plumbing. Most of our drains are compatible with PVC or ABS flanges, and some are designed for no-hub couplings.

12. Do your shower drains come with installation kits?

Our shower drains are available in two ways: sold individually or bundled in complete kits for added savings. Kits typically include the drain, a compatible base flange (ABS, PVC, or cast iron), and a hair trap.
