Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund.

While we offer free shipping on all orders, we cover the delivery cost upfront to get your item to you. If an item is returned, the original shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

For most standard-sized orders, this deduction averages approximately $25. Larger or heavier items—such as linear drains 40 inches or longer—may have higher shipping costs, and the actual shipping fees we paid will be deducted accordingly.

This policy allows us to continue providing free shipping and maintaining competitive pricing without incurring losses.
