Height Extension Fitting for Side Outlet Drain Converter

The WOW Horizontal Side Outlet Drain Converter is engineered to redirect water flow from a vertical discharge to a horizontal outlet. This design makes it possible to install standard square and linear shower drains in applications where floor depth is limited and a traditional vertical P-trap cannot be accommodated.

The height extension fitting is required only when additional vertical clearance is needed to properly align the drain body with the horizontal outlet.

If the drain body aligns correctly at the standard outlet height, the extension fitting is not necessary.

When a Horizontal Side Outlet Converter Is Needed

• Low-profile floor constructions without enough depth for a standard 2-inch vertical P-trap
• Concrete slab installations where cutting or coring is restricted, impractical, or cost-prohibitive
