The ATR 800-Piece Offset Layout Kit covers approximately 570 sq. ft., making it perfect for medium to large shower and bathroom tile projects. Designed for offset (brick/subway) layouts, it ensures precise alignment, even grout lines, and a lippage-free surface.

Offset Layout Options:

• 50% Offset (Brick Lay): Each row shifts by half the tile’s length, popular for subway tiles.
• 33% Offset: Rows shift by one-third of the tile’s length, reducing lippage in large rectangular tiles.
• Herringbone Offset: Tiles placed at 45° or 90° angles for a dynamic zigzag pattern.

Ideal for shower floors, walls, backsplashes, subway tiles, wood-look planks, and brick-style tiles. The ATR T-Spacer system ensures professional, lippage-free results with minimal effort.
